Great Plains Women’s Health Center is now Sanford 11th & Gate Clinic. We have a new name, but you’ll find the same familiar faces. Sanford Health is continuing to care for you with a team that includes experienced board-certified physicians, advanced practice providers, highly-trained sonographers and a skilled nursing staff. This highly trusted team cares for women through every phase of life.

Care and services offered include:

• Annual well-woman exams
• Bladder health
• Gynecologic care
• Gynecologic surgery
• Immunizations
• Menopause management
• Obstetrical care from preconception to postpartum
• Reproductive health

Along with women’s care, family medicine and specialty care will be provided at a later date.
