Increase Mobility, Agility, and Strength with FORTE
Forte Training is a new training program at Sanford Wellness Center (Oxbow location) in the Training Room. These high energy training sessions are for anyone who would like to increase their athletic performance or achieve more mobility, agility, and strength. The sessions will include a variety of equipment and will include the appropriate form for Olympic and gymnastic movements. Hurry to the membership office to get signed up today!
FORTE Class Schedule:
- Monday: 5 a.m., noon and 5:30 p.m.
- Tuesday: 5 a.m., 6 a.m., noon and 5:30 p.m.
- Wednesday: 5 a.m., noon and 5:30 p.m.
- Thursday: 5 a.m., 6 a.m., noon and 5:30 p.m.
- Friday: 5 a.m. and noon
- Saturday: 8:30 a.m.
Registration is required.
