Getting a flu vaccine can help protect you from illness and reduce the spread of flu to those around you. It’s recommended everyone ages 6 months and older get their annual flu vaccine. 

There are several convenient ways to get your flu vaccine, including walk-in visits, scheduled appointments and community flu vaccination events.

Be ready when the whistle blows

Complete your child’s sports physical at Sanford Health Windom Clinic. Sports physicals are required to participate in middle or high school sports.

You have two options to complete a sports physical:

• Traditional sports physical. Includes an examination by a provider and the completion of your sports physical form.
• Comprehensive well child visit. Includes a sports physical exam, as well as a review and discussion of immunizations, family history, well-being and development. A well child visit is billed to insurance.

Please bring your child’s school sports physical form to your visit. The parent portion should be completed and signed.
