Providing Comprehensive Care

Our highly trained and experienced staff provides occupational therapy to a variety of orthopedic, neurological, cognitive, visual and lymphatic conditions. It is our goal to restore the client to his or her highest potential. Common diagnoses we treat include:

Kori Erikson, OTR/L, CDRS

Graduated from the University of North Dakota in 1993 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy.  Kori also holds minors in Gerontology, Rehabilitation and Psychology.  She is a Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist (CDRS) and works with individuals to assist them back to safe driving after an illness or injury.  Kori has been working in the field of Driver Rehabilitation since 1997.  She has been active on the State Occupational Therapy Association Board and involved in her American Occupational Therapy Association since 1993.  Kori’s professional interest are helping patients gain as much of their independence as possible and as a director at Sanford Health, assisting the therapists to gain knowledge and expertise to best serve their patients and personal growth.   

Beth Landenberger, OTR/L

Driver Rehab Specialist, is originally from the Bismarck ND area. Beth has been formally trained in Driver Rehab evaluation and training and is currently working toward her certification in this specialty. She is able to clinically evaluate and complete behind the wheel assessment and training for individuals that need to address their driving and/or transportation needs due to a medical issue. Beth is an Occupational Therapist having graduated from The University of Mary in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. Beth has been a member of both AOTA and the ND Occupational Therapy Association. Her clinical skills include inpatient acute & rehabilitation, neurological patients, orthopedic patients, skilled nursing facilities, psychiatry, outpatient services, assistive technology, and home health care. Beth has worked at Sanford Health Bismarck since 2000. 

Shawna Wing

Obtained her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary in 2007. Since then, she has had experience working in variety of settings including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, long term care, psychiatric unit and outpatient therapy. Shawna has a special interest in neurological disorders and primarily sees patients with diagnoses such as brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, Multiple Sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease. Shawna works closely with local optometrists to provide vision therapy for patients who are experiencing trouble with their vision following a neurological event. Shawna is certified in LSVT BIG which is a specialized exercise program designed for individuals with Parkinson’s disease.

Char DeMaria, OTR/L, CDRS

Has been working in the field of Occupational Therapy for 35 years. She received her OT assistant degree from NDSCS in Wahpeton in 1976 and worked in acute care, rehab and a cerebral palsy center in Sioux Falls, SD.  She returned to school at UND in Grand Forks and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy in 1987 and moved to Bismarck and worked for Med Center One in pediatrics, adult acute care and rehab and consulted to LTC.  She helped develop the Driver Rehabilitation Program and received her certification in driver rehab.  She currently continues to work in Bismarck for Sanford Health in the areas of driver rehab, home care and the Live Safely at Home Program.  She has been an AOTA member throughout her career as well as an SDOTA and NDOTA member.  She is also a member of ADED, The Association of Driver Educators for the Disabled.

Cori Radke, OTR/L, CLT

Graduated from University of North Dakota in 1996 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Occupational Therapy. She has been a member of AOTA since 1990, and North Dakota Occupational Therapy Association since 2014.  Cori has had a wide variety of training and therapy experience working in North Dakota, South Dakota and Nebraska areas over the course of her career.  Her clinical skills over the years include orthopedics, lymphedema, stroke, brain injury and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.  She has been employed by Sanford in Bismarck since 2014.  She is certified in lymphedema treatment and has a low vision specialty.  Cori is a life-long learner and enjoys researching new medical treatments that she can apply in her practice.  She has a passion for helping people regain independence and improve their quality of life.   

Corrine Vatnsdal-Geck, OTR/L CHT

Originally from the Glen Ullin ND area.  Cory is a Certified Hand Therapist through the Hand Therapy Certification Commission and American Society of Hand Therapists.  Her specialty is the examination, diagnosis, and treatment of the hand, wrist, and elbow.  She is an Occupational Therapist having graduated from UND in 1990 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy.   Cory has been a member of ASHT since 1996, AOTA since 1990, and ND Occupational Therapy Association since 1990.  Cory has had a wide variety of training and therapy experience working in the Bismarck, Minot and Minneapolis areas over the course of her career.  Her clinic skills over the years included inpatient and outpatient orthopedics,  neurological patients, Alzheimer’s patient screening, wheelchair seating systems, ergonomics, UE treatment, and for the past 20 years in hand therapy.  She has worked for Sanford Health since 2010 in Outpatient Occupational Therapy.  Cory works closely with the Hand Surgeon and Plastic Surgeons at Sanford Health Bismarck.  Her expertise is the specialized treatment and care of the upper extremity specifically the hand, wrist and elbow.

Julie Van Voorhis, OTR/L

Graduated from UND with a Bachelor of Science degree in occupational therapy.  Employed at Sanford for 35 years.  Current interest outpatient orthopedic wrist and hand injuries, work and sports related arm and hand injuries.

Monica K McCleary, OTR/L

Graduated from the University of North Dakota in 1983 with a degree in Occupational Therapy.  She was employed with Legacy Bismarck Hospital, Med Center One and currently with Sanford Health in Bismarck. Monica initially practiced in acute care, comprehensive inpatient adult rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy.  Monica developed the Wheelchair Seating and Mobility services with adult patients and assists with evaluation and recommendations for seating and mobility needs through the continuum of care.  Monica wears several “hats” as an occupational therapist for Sanford.  Monica is presently the therapy coordinator for Sanford Home Health and Hospice.  She is a consultant in long term care covering contracts for the OT department since 1984. In addition, she coordinates the “Living Safely at Home Program” which is an outpatient OT program to evaluate safety and equipment needs in the home. Monica has a special interest in the geriatric population assisting with improving ones functional status, safety, and quality of life while remaining in their home environment.   

Tiffany Skor, MOTR/L, CLT

Graduated from University of North Dakota in 2007 with Master’s in Occupational Therapy. She has been employed by Sanford in Bismarck since 2011 and evaluates and treats a variety of neurological, orthopedic and lymphatic diagnoses. She earned her LSVT BIG certification in 2013, and became a certified lymphedema therapist in 2016.  Tiffany believes in life-long learning and using evidence based treatment in every session. Tiffany has a special interest in treating clients with Parkinson’s disease as well as other neurological impairments including stroke, MS and traumatic brain injuries. She also has a passion for helping people with lymphedema regain independence and health.
