Comprehensive Stroke Recovery Clinic
Stroke survivors commonly have chronic illnesses, significant disability and ongoing care needs throughout their life. This can bring challenges that affect everyday activities. Sanford's Stroke Comprehensive Treatment Clinic is designed to improve long term recovery. Our multidisciplinary team provides personalized assessments, education and recommendations to help improve independence and quality of life.
