Your Full-Service Medical Labs
Sanford Laboratories help give your doctor unique insights into your health. When you need lab testing done, rely on us for prompt, accurate results.
Your doctor may order a lab test to confirm a diagnosis, find the cause of your symptoms or help prevent future illness. The results of your test will help your doctor make a diagnosis and could directly impact your treatment plan.
We also offer some tests directly to patients – no need for an order from a provider. Learn more about direct laboratory testing.

Preparing for Your Tests
Before your test, tell your doctor about any medications you’re taking, including prescriptions and vitamins or supplements.
Talk to your doctor about how to prepare for your tests and make sure to follow your physician’s instructions. For some tests, exercise, dehydration, eating and other activities can affect your results.
Tell someone at the test site if you’ve deviated from your doctor’s instructions in any way.
Direct Testing
Sanford Laboratories offers direct-to-consumer laboratory testing. With direct tests, you can order a single test or several tests quickly, conveniently and confidentially without visiting a health care provider.
Direct testing can help you monitor certain ongoing health risks. The tests are a helpful tool but shouldn’t be used as a substitute for regular health care visits.
Testing doesn’t go through insurance. We require payment at the time of service and accept all major credit cards. Tests are performed in our accredited laboratory.
