A care outline is a personalized schedule of services that’s created by your wellness guide with your health needs in mind.
How to Get Started
There are three simple ways to get started with the Sanford Women’s Wellness Guide Program:
Complete your women’s health assessment online. You’ll be matched with a care outline within three business days.
The Sanford Women’s Wellness Guide Program is available in person at the Sanford Women’s Center. The Women’s Center is located on the main floor of the Sanford Southpointe Clinic in Fargo, North Dakota. We’ll help you complete a women’s health assessment and you will get your care outline within three business days.

Find a primary care physician who provides care for people of all ages, from infants to seniors.
A physician who cares only for adults and has training in subspecialties.
Find a physician who deals with functions and diseases specific to women and girls, particularly those of the reproductive system.
A medical approach that combines the best of Western scientific medicine with a broader understanding of the nature of illness. Services include acupuncture, aromatherapy, deep breathing, energy healing, meditation and more.
