Pay by Phone

Call (877) 629-2999 to speak with a customer service representative and pay by phone with credit/debit card or e-check. Our office hours are 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday.

Pay by Mail

Complete the information on the form found on the top of your billing statement.

Pay at any Sanford Clinic location with cash, personal check or credit/debit card.

Payment Plan

If you are not able to pay the entire balance of your bill at one time, you may request to set up a payment plan by calling our Patient Financial Services department at (877) 629-2999. Our office hours are 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday.
