Thank you for choosing Sanford Health for your health care needs. We offer several easy and safe options to pay your bill.

Sanford accepts cash, personal checks, e-checks made online or by phone, and most major debit/credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. You also can set up a payment plan.

Payment Options

Pay Online

Pay online with My Sanford Chart. My Sanford Chart users can sign in to see billing and account information, review statements and save payment information.

Pay online with Pay My Bill. Make a secure online payment with a credit/debit card or bank account—no My Sanford Chart account or sign in needed. Billing account number is required; this number can be found on the top right corner of your bill/statement.

Pay online with text or email link. Make a secure online payment with a debit/card card or bank account – using limited authentication steps for ease of payment processing right from a link in an email or text message.

Pay by Phone

Call (877) 629-2770 to pay using Sanford’s automated pay by phone system. Call (877) 629-2999 to speak with a customer service representative and pay by phone with credit/debit card or e-check. Our office hours are 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday.

Pay by Mail

Complete the information on the form found on the top of your billing statement.

Payment Plan

If you are not able to pay the entire balance of your bill at one time, you may set up a payment plan by accessing your billing through mysanfordchart.org or by calling our Patient Financial Services department at (877) 629-2999. Our office hours are 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday.
