Sexual Abuse Issues, Women's Issues and Psychological Issues Related to Spirituality
Masters-level trained, Mary Ann Donaldson provides counseling for individuals, couples, families and groups. Using a variety of techniques, she helps clients gain insight as well as learn practical ways to deal with issues that are distressing to them, such as unhealthy relationships or difficulty coping. In addition, she conducts groups teaching skills related to self-management and effective coping. Mary Ann is currently working with a research project on integrating spirituality and psychological issues and skills. The goal of the project is to enhance one's sense of hope and meaning while understanding how one's spirituality can improve effective coping.
Mary Ann is married and has a family. In her spare time she enjoys playing piano and flute, sewing, reading and running. She has run five marathons and hopes to complete many more.
