I believe in providing care in a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel supported and heard. I help patients with physical, emotional and mental health issues to improve a sense of well-being, empowerment and purpose, alleviating feelings of distress and resolving crises.

I assist individuals, couples and families in finding a healthy technique to work through life stressors and manage mental health symptoms. I believe it’s essential to meet patients where they are and walk through their therapeutic journey as a team.

Personal Interests

Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, canning produce, cooking, camping, biking, skiing and singing. She grew up and currently resides in southwest Minnesota.
