By taking the time to understand their background and personal journey, I strive to create a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental and collaborative environment. My approach is rooted in flexibility and compassion, tailoring treatment strategies to align with their goals and strengths. Through evidence-based interventions and a person-centered approach, I aim to empower patients to build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies and achieve meaningful and sustainable changes.

Personal Interests

Mandy enjoys a variety of activities, including kayaking, fishing, hiking, cooking, baking, reading and traveling. She values quality time with family and friends, and she appreciates the tranquility of being near the water. Living amidst the natural beauty of rural Minnesota has been deeply rewarding for her. Mandy finds peace in nature and fulfillment in preparing meals for others. She cherishes moments of genuine laughter.
