Josie Stockland is highly trained in treating athletes for lower extremity injuries, including those to the hips, thighs, knees, legs, ankles, feet and toes. She also specializes in dry needling and analyzing running and sport-specific movements to reduce the risk of future injuries.

Josie takes a special interest in caring for dancers and gymnasts as well as people experiencing pregnancy and the postpartum period.
