My goal is for patients to feel truly seen and affirmed for who they are. I approach care as a collaborative process and see patients through a trauma-informed, gender-affirming and culturally responsive lens to ensure a person-centered experience.

Outside of work, Dr. Simonson enjoys spending time outdoors with his family by biking, gardening, visiting local parks and traveling up north. When at home, he’s likely to be found in the kitchen.
