Idea of Care

My journey in medicine began with training as a radiologic technologist, followed by 14 years as a physician assistant in emergency medicine. During that time, I cared for patients at some of their most critical and life-changing moments. Those experiences taught me the importance of listening, building trust and providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

Today, as a family medicine doctor with advanced training in surgical obstetrics, I am honored to care for individuals and families across every stage of life.

I believe in providing patient-centered care that focuses on your unique needs, values and goals. Through open communication and shared decision-making, we can work together to create a care plan that leaves you feeling informed, supported and confident in your healthcare choices.

My approach is holistic. I care for the whole person, not just the diagnosis. And I bring a special passion to women’s healthcare, from adolescence and pregnancy through menopause and beyond.

Personal Interests

Outside of medicine, you'll find Dr. Brock planning her family's next adventure. She and her husband, an emergency medicine doctor and medical toxicologist, love exploring the country with their children. They have visited many of America's national parks and driven RV from Florida to Alaska twice. Additionally, Dr. Brock’s family has lived in and enjoyed Australia’s landscapes and culture.

When she isn’t traveling, Dr. Brock enjoys gardening, cooking and making memories with her family.
