Dr. Darin Lang specializes in geriatric care, preventive medicine and adult chronic disease management. He treats memory loss, heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
His services include:
- Guiding patients during transitions from home care to assisted living or nursing home care
- Medical care for elderly patients
- Memory loss care
- Preventive medicine
Dr. Lang is the department chair of internal medicine in Fargo and Moorhead. He is also an associate professor at the University of North Dakota, and he is a faculty member with the internal medicine residency and geriatric fellowship programs.
