A Specialist in Counseling
Bailee Hoffard is a licensed graduate social worker who provides mental health services for children, teens and young adults in rural communities. She also supports neurodivergent individuals and provides school-based mental health counseling in the Bertha-Hewitt and Menahga public schools.
She helps treat patients experiencing the following conditions:
- Anxiety and mood disorders
- Depression
- Emotional regulation challenges
- Grief
- Stress related to school or family life
- Trauma
Bailee is trained in a variety of psychotherapy techniques to create a safe and collaborative space where patients can explore, heal and grow. These techniques include:
- Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)
- Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)
- Neurodivergent-affirming approaches
- Play therapy modalities such as non-directive play, directive play, sand tray and Theraplay
