Radiation Oncology; 3D conformal radiation therapy, Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy, Image Guided Radiation Therapy, Stereotactic Radiosurgery (Functional and Therapueutic), Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy, High dose brachytherapy, low dose brachytherapy, interstitial brachytherapy. Special interest in the treatment of head and neck cancers, gynecologic and breast, and pediatric radiation oncology.

Dr. Lohr received her medical degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from USD School of Medicine, in Vermillion, SD. She completed her residency in Radiation Oncology at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN, during which time she received both local and national awards for her research endeavors. She has presented her research nationally and has published and been co-author on numerous manuscripts, with Pancreatic Cancer being a main focus of her research.
Dr. Lohr completed her undergraduate degree at SDSU in Brookings, SD, and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. Prior to entering medical school, she practiced as a hospice nurse and nationally certified adult and gerontologic nurse practitioner providing primary care to adults and the elderly.
She is a board certified Radiation Oncologist through the American Board of Radiology.
Dr. Lohr has two children. In her spare time she enjoys biking, skiing, traveling and cooking.
