I really enjoy working with young families and children. I like to take a well-rounded approach to the individual and often include emotional, physical, and medical recommendations in my treatment plan rather than relying solely on medications to fix a problem.
I strive to provide excellent, patient-centered care from birth to natural death. My goals are to include the patient and their family in medical decision making and to prevent medical issues by providing excellent preventative care.
My training experiences have included a wide variety of specialties from pediatrics to geriatrics, sports medicine, time in the operating room, and internal medicine. My training also included a rotation doing rural and urban health in Ecuador.
I am married to my lovely wife, Britney Mach, who is also a Physician Assistant with Sanford.
I enjoy everything related to the outdoors – fishing, hunting, hiking, biking, camping, skiing etc. My wife and I also enjoy the arts and frequent our local theater for plays and concerts. We are actively involved at our local church, Church of St. Mary, in Alexandria, MN.
