Idea of Care

I strive to make every patient feel comfortable with and confident in their care team. Though I’m relatively new to the first assisting role, I bring many years of surgical nursing experience to the operating room. My goal is to make sure every patient receives a safe and high-quality care experience at Sanford Health.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Rylie considers herself a “book nerd.” She loves finding a good book to read in her spare time, or spending time with her family and friends. Both her parents are educators with the motto, “You can always be learning.” Rylie has carried that motto with her through every stage of life and hopes to continue learning for years to come.
