I strive to provide a calm and practical approach to care that meets each patient where they are. I believe effective physical therapy starts with understanding their specific goals, concerns and daily demands so treatment can be individualized rather than feeling one-size-fits-all.

I focus on reducing pain while building strength and confidence through progressive, purposeful exercise. I aim to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, informed and empowered throughout their recovery so they can return to the activities that matter most to them.

Personal Interests

Monica values spending time with her family on their ranch outside of Bismarck, North Dakota. She also enjoys reading, baking and gardening.
