Nurse practitioner Meredith Kelsen provides care for patients of all ages. She offers family medicine services and DOT physical exams to patients in Lisbon, Gwinner and their surrounding communities. Come to her for treatments of both acute and chronic conditions.

• Performing physical exams, including DOT physical exams
• Diagnosing acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribing medications
• Treating patients of all ages

• Health education and counseling

Meredith has been a preceptor for nurse practitioner students.
