Idea of Care

I believe in putting the whole person first by listening closely, understanding their goals and tailoring care to meet their individual needs. My approach goes beyond just treating symptoms. I strive to identify and address the root cause of pain or dysfunction so we can achieve long-lasting improvement, not just temporary relief.

I value collaboration and education, ensuring each patient feels heard, informed and empowered throughout their rehab journey. Whether they are recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition or trying to return to their favorite activities, my goal is to support them with a combination of evidence-based techniques, movement-focused therapy and compassionate care every step of the way.

Personal Interests

Jacob enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors whenever he can. He can often be found playing pickleball, golfing or relaxing on the pontoon with friends and family on the river, one of his favorite ways to unwind. He also loves working out and including fitness as a regular part of his routine. Whether he’s breaking a sweat or just soaking up the sun on the water, he always values balancing staying healthy and having fun.
