Idea of Care

The foundation of the patient-provider relationship is trust. I believe a trusted relationship with patients is formed when physicians lead with compassion, humility, curiosity and a willingness to serve. It is my goal to develop an understanding of their individualized goals and help them make an informed decision based on the best available evidence, both surgical and nonsurgical.

Personal Interests

Dr. Slette and his wife (who is also a Moorhead High School Spud and Concordia College Cobber) have five kids. They feel very fortunate to raise their family in the community that raised them. In his free time, Dr. Slette enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, downhill and cross-country skiing, escaping to the mountains or lakes and attending his kids’ various sporting events.
