When I think about care, I think about the entire patient experience. It takes all of us, from maintenance to scheduling to those who provide direct patient care, to ensure access to safe and quality care.
I want my patients to feel seen, heard and supported, and that they have a team of competent, compassionate individuals helping them every step of the way.
