Dr. Skari and his family are avid Dallas Cowboy fans. He enjoys watching his children participate in sports. He volunteers his time at the University of Jamestown as one of the on-site physicians for athletic teams.

Dr. Skari also enjoys gardening, reading and boating. He was born and raised in Devils Lake, North Dakota.
