Partnering with Our Communities
Making our communities stronger and healthier is at the core of everything we do at Sanford Health. As the nation’s premier rural health system, we’re committed to delivering world-class health care no matter where you live.
Our care extends beyond our medical centers and clinics. We’re active in the communities we serve and invest substantial resources to drive more opportunities and better health for all.
Sanford Health partners with nonprofit organizations to strengthen the health and social and economic well-being of the communities we serve. We prioritize support for community initiatives that address needs in the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and focus on vulnerable populations.
Our window for accepting new donation or sponsorship requests for the remainder of the year is now closed. We thank you for your continued care and service in our community. Please check back early next year for application submission updates and deadlines.
Every community is unique, so we consider local conditions for each funding request. We have established criteria to guide these decisions.
Contact our community relations team at SanfordCR@SanfordHealth.org with any questions.
Charitable Donations, Sponsorships and Community Investments
Sanford Health regional offices review funding requests as they are received. Funding requests must meet criteria demonstrating an identified community health need. Initiatives that support community health priorities may take precedence.
Please note that Sanford Health can’t accept funding requests from:
- For-profit organizations
- Political campaigns and candidates
- Individuals requesting personal funding
