I believe patient care should be individualized because every person has unique needs and goals. I strive to offer support and education to help patients feel informed, confident and empowered in their care decisions. I work in close collaboration with patients’ health care teams to ensure smooth, coordinated care. I aim to provide compassionate and evidence-based treatment, especially during serious or complex health situations.

Personal Interests

Toni enjoys being active and staying physically fit as part of her daily routine. Outside of work, she can often be found walking her dog, playing sports or spending time outdoors with her family. Other hobbies she enjoys include reading, trying new healthy recipes and finding new ways to stay moving and energized. Staying active and connected to the people she cares about is important to her both personally and professionally.
