Dr. Strand is originally from Frazee, Minnesota, and loves living in the lakes area with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the water, traveling, reading and supporting her girls in their many interests. She is also passionate about advocating for rural health care and serving the community she calls home.
