I am dedicated to providing patient-centered and compassionate care to the Black Hills community. My practice is characterized by a commitment to treating the whole person, ensuring medical interventions are tailored to the specific needs and well-being of each patient. By applying the latest research and clinical developments in the field, I strive to provide advanced, evidence-based diagnostic and treatment strategies. I prioritize a high standard of clinical excellence delivered with the professional empathy and direct communication my patients value.

I am also focused on the intersection of clinical expertise and health care leadership as I pursue an MBA in Health Services Administration. This academic pursuit complements my role as a physician and drives my commitment to operational excellence and delivering high-value care within the evolving health care landscape.

Personal Interests

Dr. Jaqua was raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and served nine years as an active-duty Army physician. He is a devoted father to his daughter, Finnley. He takes full advantage of the landscape in Rapid City and the surrounding Black Hills. He enjoys a variety of activities, including hiking, boating, scuba diving and mountain and gravel biking.
