Idea of Care

My approach to general GI care is person-centered. I aim to provide a comfortable environment for patients to discuss their most personal issues. I strive to take into consideration their individual factors, including lifestyle, location, finances and personal beliefs to create a care plan that improves their symptoms and accomplishes their health goals. I also apply my experiences from coaching athletics to develop individualized plans that help patients achieve their goals, especially in managing fatty liver disease.

Personal Interests

Emily is from the Rapid City area and loves experiencing the beauty of the Black Hills through hiking, camping and scenic drives. She is married and has two children. Liz enjoys helping with their school activities as a volunteer coach, team mom and booster club participant. She has been a South Dakota High School Gymnastics official for over 20 years and loves giving back to the gymnastics community that was instrumental in her own life.
