A Nurse Practitioner in Neonatology
Aubree Rostad, NNP, works with neonatologists and other team members to take care of premature and critically ill newborn babies in the NICU.
She treats these conditions in newborns:
- Congenital disorders
- Congenital heart disease
- Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE)
- Prematurity
- Pulmonary hypertension
- Respiratory failure
- Seizures
- Sepsis
Aubree specializes in the resuscitation and stabilization of infants at birth. She is an instructor for the Neonatal Resuscitation Program.
