Idea of Care

My idea of care starts with prevention. Exercise and food are medicine. Overall wellness is a much larger picture of physical and mental well-being. Everything is a balance. 

 

Personal Interests

Amber grew up in Montana before moving to Bismarck. She is a UND graduate and took part in the Indians Into Medicine (INMED) program during her time there. She felt privileged to work for IHS in Fort Yates prior to joining Sanford Health. In her free time, Amber likes to ski, run, bike, attend concerts, travel and spend time with her family.
