VPN
For Windows devices, please download the Zip file and use the setup.exe within; for Macs please use the DMG file, both will need the following modules installed:
- VPN
- DART (Diagnostics & Reporting Tool)
- Posture
- ISE Posture
If you are a first-time user, please download a personalized X509 certificate through https://secureauth.sanfordhealth.org/VPN/ when prompted for MFA, use the SMS/Text or Voice option.
**Note** the person who will use VPN on that device needs to complete this step.
Once AnyConnect Client is installed and you have downloaded the X509 certificate, you can connect to the server: sanfordvpn.sanfordhealth.org
If you experience issues connecting to VPN, you may be able to use SecureApps as a workaround. Service Requests can be placed by contacting the Sanford Service Desk at (877) 949-5678.
