Six Dimensions of Well-being: Physical

Research shows that when an individual thrives in all six dimensions of well-being, they perform their best at work and at home, and have up to 40 percent lower health care costs than those who thrive in two areas or less. Our physical well-being is more than just exercise and eating right. It’s also our sleep habits, body mechanics and safety. Programming is available for individuals and workplaces in all six dimensions from Sanford Health Plan’s Corporate Wellness team.
