Anne Gilbertson, CNM

Anne Gilbertson is a certified nurse-midwife who grew up around people in medicine. Her parents, sister, aunts and uncles all work in health care, so going into medicine herself felt like a natural fit. She partners with women throughout their pregnancy journey, and this relationship doesn't end at labor and delivery. Anne offers postpartum care and breastfeeding support. Many patients come back to her for well woman care as well. Anne understands that every woman is unique and will want different health care options. She empowers her patients to make their own choices, even those she might not choose for herself. Even though Anne has helped deliver close to one thousand babies, every birth takes her breath away. She gets teary-eyed sometimes during a delivery. It's a remarkable thing for parents and a truly special moment. Anne never takes that for granted.
