Amanda Zehrer, MD

Dr. Amanda Zehrer shadowed an OB/GYN during medical school. It reinforced what she already knew—that she was going to specialize in obstetrics and gynecology. Now a practicing OB/GYN, Dr. Zehrer loves every part of her job. She mainly practices gynecology and gynecologic surgery but she provides pregnancy care as well. She likes to act as a mentor to her patients. She guides them through their care by providing the education they need to make informed choices. They come to a decision together about which treatment option is best. In her obstetrics practice, Dr. Zehrer says there's no moment like when a baby is born.
