Yes, you will receive a text from 23701 asking you to confirm, reschedule or cancel prior to your appointment. If you try to reschedule or cancel an appointment that cannot be rescheduled or cancelled via text message, you will receive a message telling you to call to reschedule or cancel. Your appointment will remain as scheduled until you have rescheduled or cancelled by text or call.
Your appointment will remain as scheduled if you do not respond to the appointment confirmation text message.

It only takes a few minutes to respond, and patients can pick a time that works best for them. If you are experiencing a decline in your condition or symptoms, a care team member will follow up and connect you to additional support.
