Simply complete the form below, including the patient's first and last name and your personal message. Submit the form and we will print and deliver your best wishes to the patient within 24 hours on weekdays.
You can also order your loved one a gift from the Sanford Health Gift Shop.
Please Note: We cannot deliver patient email to patients in our Emergency Room, patients who are receiving outpatient surgery or diagnostic testing. The content of your patient email is not confidential and will be seen by members of the Sanford Health Volunteers.
