Sylvan Place assisted living features 19 apartments offering seniors ages 55 and over the comforts of home without the burdens of home ownership. The monthly fee includes a nurse call system, utilities (excluding telephone), campus dining, lawn care and snow removal, fire and security systems, building maintenance, scheduled activities and an exercise program. Laundry rooms are located on each floor.
With access to all Sanford Canby medical and ancillary services, including the clinic, hospital, nursing home, wellness center, dialysis unit and dental clinic, your home at Sylvan Place is the most comprehensive solution for aging in place in our area.
