Infant Massage
Infant Massage class is a hands-on experience for babies and their caregivers.
Massage has been shown to improve
- Circulation
- Help infants to relax
- Regulate sleep patterns
- Stimulate the digestive system
- Relieve colic or gas
It can also improve communication, bonding between caregiver and infant, and help parents feel more confident in discerning their baby’s cues.
During this you will learn how to use massage techniques on your infant. We look forward to working with you and your baby!
