Physicians, pharmacists, nurses, research scientists, genetic counselors, residents and students are invited to learn about incorporating advances in genetics and genomics into patient care.
This full-day event presented by Sanford Imagenetics features national experts speaking on a range of topics, including breast and lung cancer genomics, hereditary cancer syndromes such as Lynch syndrome, pharmacogenomics in oncology, pediatric precision oncology, cancer genetic counseling and the use of patient-derived tumor models.

Genetic counselors
- The National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC) has authorized Sanford Health to offer up to 0.475 CEUs or 4.75 Category 1 contact hours for the Dr. H. Eugene Hoyme Precision Medicine Symposium 2026.
- The American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) will accept CEUs earned at this program for the purposes of genetic counselor recertification.
