Fall Prevention Conference
The purpose of this educational activity is to equip nurses, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to accurately identify fall risks in community‑dwelling adults and implement evidence-based, multifactorial fall‑prevention strategies. By enhancing provider competency in assessment, counseling, and coordination of community resources, this activity aims to improve patient safety, promote independence, and reduce preventable fall‑related injuries among older adults living in the community.
This class is available in-person at the Sanford Center or via webinar.
