Sports Physical Event in Minot
Get your child ready for sports and other school activities during our sports physical event at the Sanford Walk-in Clinic in Minot, located within Sanford Highway 2 Clinic. A sports physical visit ensures your child can participate all year long.
This $35 low-cost visit includes:
- A physical exam with heart and lung checks
- Review of injury and concussion history
- A check-in about lifestyle and habits
Please bring your payment, signed sports physical and exam consent forms. Cash and cards will be accepted.

Sports physicals completed on or after April 15 meet requirements for the following school year.
Additional services provided during your visit that are not listed above will be billed separately to your insurance. If you prefer to file insurance for your appointment, please schedule a well-child visit with your primary care provider. This comprehensive visit includes sports physical requirements and can be billed to your insurance with no payment necessary at the time of your appointment.
