Bismarck High School
Help your student be ready for the school year by getting their school-required vaccinations at Bismarck High School. We’ll ensure your student receives recommended vaccines based on their age and immunization history.
Available vaccines: Flu, Tdap, HPV and meningococcal.
A parent or guardian must complete the immunization and questionnaire consent form before a student can receive vaccines. Students can bring the form to their visit or send it electronically to Kate_Gartner@bismarckschools.org.

On the day of the event, your child should wear a shirt with sleeves that can be easily rolled up and bring your insurance card. Most insurances are accepted.
