Sanford State Street Clinic in Bismarck

Get your seasonal vaccinations at the Sanford State Street Clinic. We’ll ensure you get the appropriate vaccines based on your age and immunization history. Seasonal vaccinations are available to adults and children ages 6 months and older.

On the day of the event, wear a shirt with sleeves that can be easily rolled up and bring your insurance card. Most insurances are accepted.

Call the clinic or use My Sanford Chart to schedule your vaccine visit. Appointments are required.
