Your heart, your health: Learning how to manage your heart failure
These classes are designed to help you better understand heart failure. During these sessions, you’ll learn what heart failure is, how it affects your body and, most importantly, how you can take steps to manage it. Whether you are newly diagnosed or looking to build on what you already know, our goal is to provide you with the knowledge, tools and support you need to live a healthier and more confident life.
