Class Description: Each year, teams across the Sioux Falls market work diligently to enhance quality and safety in their day-to-day work. Improvement, evidence-based practice (EBP), and research are the key to our continued success as a highly reliable health care organization, as we impact clinical outcomes, patient or staff satisfaction, process efficiency, or cost effectiveness. Improvement work is ongoing, so it is important to take a moment to learn, share the best practices we have developed, and celebrate our progress.
