Sanford Hospice is hosting their Annual Memorial Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Bismarck State College Bavendick Stateroom. Sanford Hospice invites individuals and their families to attend a memorial tree lighting ceremony in honor or memory of a loved one. This event will include a guest speaker, music and light refreshments.
