Health survey aims to identify community needs
Sanford Vermillion Medical Center is currently conductinga community health needs assessment survey.The survey aims to identify unmet health needs in the community, with results used to develop plans for addressing gaps in service.
“We are committed to the wellbeing of our community and ensuring we provide services to meet the needs of residents,” said Tim Tracy, CEO of Sanford VermillionMedical Center.
Comprised of general health and wellness questions for residents in Clay county, the survey is a voluntary way to address concerns in health care. All answers are confidential and no identifying informationwill be attained.
