Whether you are in peak physical condition or just like a good challenge, health officials want you to put your skills to the test.
The indoor triathlon is a new event at the Sanford Health Fair later this month and organizers want you to get involved.
Unlike a traditional triathlon, the race will include three 15-minute intervals of using an elliptical machine, biking and running or walking on a treadmill.
You don't have to be in shape; you just need to sign up. There are 48 spots. The top finishers will get a prize, but organizers say every participant will benefit.
"We wanted to try something different than just having a booth and people stopping by for information. Something that is going to be more interactive. It gives us a chance to promote get moving, living and maybe a little bit of a lifestyle change with it," Sanford Wellness Center Manager Debbie Lancto said.
The goal of the triathlon is to raise awareness about your health.
